BOOKING FORM

Online booking (choose from the courses on the right) is preferable in order to expedite your registration.

To ensure reservations are made for you by PharmQMtraining.eu for
1) your accommodation AND
2) your admission to the course,
payment must be received by the date stipulated in the invoice we will send you. Failure to pay in time may result in access being denied.

BOOKINGS:
Places are limited so early booking is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

If you have any queries about meals or wish separately to book additional accommodation, please contact the Legacy Falcon Hotel +44 (0) 844 411 9005 or mev-falcon@legacy-hotels.co.uk. Please mention that you will be a delegate on the PharmaQMtraining.eu course.

When payment for the conference package is received, we will send a confirmation of your delegate place including accommodation for one night (on Day 1). Payment for any extras booked will be due to Legacy Hotels.
